You can pay for your order by Interac e-Transfer.
When paying by Interac, select “Interac e-Transfer” as your payment method. Instructions will be provided in your online invoice. Orders will ship only after your e-Transfer has been received. Your order will be cancelled if payment isn't received within 6 hours of placing it.
Once your order is received, it will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment. (If the order is made before 5pm EST, the order will be shipped the same day) Canada Post Xpresspost can take from 2-3 business days to reach you, depending on where you live. Sometimes it takes longer if you are located in a remote area. All shipments will have tracking numbers that will be sent to you once it has been shipped. That way your package is GUARANTEED to be replaced if lost.
If you choose to have your package shipped by regular postage, your package will usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Regular postage does not come with insurance and therefore will not be replaced if lost.
Most of our packages are sent via Canada Post Xpresspost. You will receive a tracking number in your email. If for any reason the package does not arrive, we will make arrangements to replace it.
If you choose not to use Xpresspost, and choose regular mail with no tracking, we cannot guarantee the shipment, and will not be replaced if lost.
