Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during the holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use Canada Post for our deliveries.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, or remote destination locations.
3. Shipping to Remote & Northern Locations
We proudly ship across Canada. However, please note that orders shipped to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and certain remote Northern regions may incur longer transit times and additional shipping surcharges. These costs will be calculated at checkout based on your postal code.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages & Missing Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please notify us within 24 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable," a shipping fee may be required to re-send the package.
